Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Tuluv for using Tuluv. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

Who can use it

You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) and able to agree to these terms.

Wakes need permission

Tuluv only lets someone wake you if you allowed them, and you can change that or block anyone at any time. Don’t use Tuluv to harass, spam or frighten anyone, to pretend to be someone else, or to send offensive names or messages. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Important: alarms can fail

We work hard to make every wake ring, but we can’t guarantee it. Phone settings (silent and Focus modes, battery saving, notification permissions), being offline, a phone that’s off, and operating-system limits can delay or stop a wake. Don’t rely on Tuluv alone for anything where oversleeping could cause harm — keep a backup alarm. The app’s “Make sure wakes can ring” check helps you fix common settings.

Plans and payments

Waking friends, being woken and the core features are free. Optional paid plans (when available) are billed by the App Store or Google Play, renew automatically until you cancel in your store settings, and are refunded under the store’s rules. What’s free and what’s paid is shown in the app before you buy.

Your content

You own what you write (like wake messages and crew names). You let us store and show it to the people it’s meant for so the service works.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may close accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

Tuluv is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed flights, exams, work or appointments, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Changes

We’ll tell you in the app before meaningful changes take effect. Continuing to use Tuluv means you accept them.
